The circuit system provides three distinct types of sensory stimulation simultaneously: visual stimulation through an illuminated ball that creates light patterns as it travels the circuit, auditory stimulation through the ball’s rolling sounds within the track, and tactile stimulation at the peekaboo holes where cats can intercept the ball with their paws. The base fountain unit combines the ball track circuit with an integrated water flow feature — moving water that triggers the drinking response in cats who are resistant to still bowl water, supporting hydration in cats prone to urinary tract issues. The track circuit can be configured in multiple layouts through the modular connection system, allowing owners to change the toy’s configuration regularly to maintain novelty and ongoing engagement.
